Hubert, Sydney

Hubert is of my favourite French restaurants in Sydney and must for all foodies. From the moment you walk through the large wooden doors, you are transported to a different era. The space houses two bars and the main restaurant leaving no shortage of seats, unless you come during peak dinner time. Be sure to try the Duck parfait, Prime beef tartare and the Mushroom au poivre. The Whiskey Sours are pretty on point too.
