Last night was great fun attending Miguel Maestre’s book launch at Cafe del Mar Sydney! The dinner menu consisted of dishes featured in his new book, Miguel’s Tapas, which we purchased and got signed by Miguel – he was so nice!
Having never been to Cafe del Mar, the night was better than expected. All the food was amazing and we were even treated to a traditional Flamenco performance.
All the dishes were authentic Spanish and featured mostly seafood. Although difficult to choose, my favourite dish of the night was the Black Rice with Cuttle Fish, it was delicious!
For all the foodies who like to cook, I would recommend picking up a copy of the book, it showcases many great recipes to try at home.
