Quay, Sydney

A culinary dream come true. My cousin and her boyfriend surprised me for my birthday and took me to Quay for dinner. To put it simply, it was everything I had imagined it to be and more.

The dish of the night was of course, the Snow Egg, the base flavours being Strawberry and Guava. This dessert certainly lived up to the hype, the many elements complimented each other, every mouthful presenting different textures and tastes.

Setting the benchmark for finesse, Quay puts forward an extraordinary dining experience.

Thank you Amy and Josh for the best surprise!
