For fresh seafood in Brisbane, head over to George’s Paragon at Eagle Street Pier. With views of the river and Storey Bridge, the restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Colours of blue and white make up the decor of the restaurant and boasts an authentic Greek atmosphere.
My friend and I enjoyed a cold appetiser selection made up of bugs, king prawns, smoked salmon, natural oysters and dolmathes. The produce was of fresh quality and a great start to our lunch. For main, we couldn’t go past the Atlantic Salmon which was simply superb.
